Spousal support and Child support
Our office has extensive experience in handling all types of spousal support and child support agreements or arrangements. Spousal support may be ordered to be paid by either or both parties and is determined based upon a comparison of each party’s income.
Factors that are considered when determining guideline child support are the number of children involved, earning capacity of each party and the time spent with the children by each parent. Additional factors that may be considered may be related to the amount of education and medical expenses. Parents may also agree on amount that is not guideline and enter a Stipulation to be filed with the Court.
