Lisa M. McArdle, Partner

Ms. McArdle founded the firm known as McArdle & Associates, PC, in 2002.  The firm changed its name to McArdle & Vosskuhler, PC when Ms. McArdle and Derek B. Vosskuhler formed their partnership in 2007.  In addition to practicing exclusively in the area of family law since 1999, Ms. McArdle also acts as the administrative partner for the firm.

As with each attorney in the firm, Ms. McArdle has dedicated her career to all areas of family law.  She has substantial experience pertaining to all areas of divorce, legal separation, custody, child support, spousal support, modifications, paternity, domestic violence, pre and post marital agreements, property division and settlement negotiations.

Derek B. Vosskuhler, Certified Family Law Specialist, Partner

Derek B. Vosskuhler has been practicing in all areas of family law exclusively since being admitted to the California Bar in 1997, and has been with the firm, formerly known as McArdle & Associates since 2003. Thereafter Mr. Vosskuhler became a Certified Family Specialist in 2005.  In 2007 Mr. Vosskuhler became a partner and the firm became known as McArdle & Vosskuhler, PC.

Mr. Vosskuhler has a wealth of experience in the court rooms throughout Southern California.  He brings that experience to each client he represents and understands how important it is to have not only an aggressive and zealous attorney representing you in and out of the court room, but also an attorney who is caring and compassionate.  As a father of two he understands the relationship between parent and child and how important that bond is and how important it is to fight to maintain it.  Mr. Vosskuhler experience spans all areas of divorce and family law.

Nicole Schmidt, Associate

Ms. Schmidt started her career as a Public Defender and began practicing family law exclusively when she joined McArdle & Vosskuhler, PC. in 2010.  Ms. Schmidt has substantial experience in pre trials, including negotiations, and brings that experience to her family law clients. Her experience also includes case management and her ability to work with closely with each client throughout the family process and guide them through whatever challenges they may encounter.
